One more card from The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker. This one is from the chapter Keep your best self out of my gathering. The points that I gathered on this card are reminders to me as a host on how to set the right tone for people to participate fully, connecting through their vulnerability.

You allow people to be humble in their vulnerability by first acknowleding their greatness, then setting the standard yourself. Success stories are left at the door and people are invited to choose the level at which they want to share.
