I am beginning a new chapter in my life by taking control of my health and losing weight. I am asking for help and willing to give help to my friends who want to start this journey with me. I am looking for people who are willing to commit to their health and are willing to hold me accountable and I in turn will hold you accountable. This will be a contest to help motivate us all.
