Serving the communities we call home

At The Charles Schwab Corporation, one of our highest priorities is to serve the cities and towns we call home. We know we’re not alone in this. Companies like yours are also dedicated to being a force for good in your community.

One way we try to make an impact is through our annual Volunteer Week, when over 8,000 Schwab employees donate thousands of service hours to support hundreds of community projects across the country.

As part of our outreach, we partner with organizations like Family Pathfinders to provide the kind of financial coaching that has helped over 5,500 people reduce debt and increase savings. And through Charles Schwab Foundation, we’ve provided financial literacy resources to over 1 million students to help equip the next generation with crucial money management skills.

However you make a difference, our hope is that by sharing what inspires us, we’ll learn what inspires you. Is it hands-on volunteer projects? Financial literacy programs for the next generation? Or maybe it’s the teamwork itself: the act of uniting around shared values??
