Services provided by Telefonica / Vivo in Brazil.

  • Would you like to comment here on Linkedin, the indifference that I have been suffering with Telefonica company / Vivo in Brazil. On Saturday 08/08 day hired the fixed telephone service and Internet and to date has not delivered the internet equipment that should come in the mail. And from Thursday 13th try to obtain information about product delivery and today day 08/18/2015 discovered that the seller deceived me selling a service that is not available in the neighborhood where I live, now work in the city of Jacarei / SP . To make matters worse the service is called the ombudsman still have not answered me and say only on 20/08 there might be a response from them.

    • How can a global-sized company serve its customers in this way, does in Europe and Spain is so?
    • Would someone who could help me?
    • When coming to Brazil beware of offers and services offered by Telefonica / Vivo company.
