ServiceNow Support Engineer Opportunity - San Antonio, TX

Position: ServiceNow Support Engineer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 6-12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill ServiceNow requests and provide IT equipment solutions, support computer refreshes, and assist with information requests about solutions like Device Provisioning and Imaging based on Lines of Business needs.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Dashboarding & Reporting, Catalog Management, and Request analysis and processing.
  • Handle database updates, laptop/desktop refreshes, SharePoint updates, rollout and refresh audits, technical writing, and create/maintain wiki and KB articles.
  • Support break-fix scenarios and process New Employee Orientation orders on the backend.
  • Maintain compliance process documentation, create training materials, resolve Knowledge Base flags in ServiceNow, and monitor the Knowledge Base owning group and incident queue.
