Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated ServiceNow LSD (Legal Services Delivery) Specialist to join our growing digital ServiceNow group. In this crucial, 100% remote in-house role, you will be responsible for enhancing and supporting legal services workflows within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that our legal operations run efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining legal processes, delivering high-quality service delivery, and optimizing solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Legal Services Delivery (LSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with legal and IT teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to legal business needs.
- Build, configure, and maintain legal workflows, case management processes, document automation, and other essential legal services features within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify pain points and propose effective digital solutions to streamline legal operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow best practices and processes in the legal domain.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation for users and administrators.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow Legal Services modules.
- Ensure proper integration between ServiceNow and other business systems, maintaining data integrity and seamless workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve legal services delivery.
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) domain.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and how they apply to legal service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in legal process automation and document management solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
