Candidate B – ServiceNow DevOps Developer

  • 11+ years of ServiceNow experience?
  • Experience with integrations between CSDM and CMDB
  • Managed Service Catalog, including creation, updates, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Discovery, including IT vulnerability tracking and remedies for potential system threats.
  • Created and configured Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
  • Extensive experience with Service Mapping for system expansion.
  • Modules:?ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM
  • Certifications:?CSA
  • Industry:?Education, US Federal Government, Banking and Finance, Technology, Insurance

Candidate C – Sr. ServiceNow Developer

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Extensive ServiceNow CSM Implementation and support experience
  • Designed and deployed customized Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, improving case management, and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Engineered seamless integrations between CSM, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules using REST APIs, enabling unified service delivery and cross-functional data flow
  • Modules:?ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, HRSD
  • Certifications:?CSA, CAD
  • Industry:?Financial Services, Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting
