Job Title: ServiceNow Application Manager

Location: Hybrid position in Springs, Florida 34134

Compensation: Up to $155,000 per annum (contract to hire)

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Application Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, project execution, and service delivery of the ServiceNow platform within the company. This role requires someone with extensive experience managing a ServiceNow instance from within a company, rather than from a consulting or project management background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio and Roadmap Definition: Define a portfolio of change and roadmap for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strategic Engagement: Engage with business and IT stakeholders to provide direction and recommendations on technology solutions.
• Product Ownership: Act as the product owner for ServiceNow, owning the product vision and roadmap.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices to guide technical teams in solution development, build, deployment, testing, and ongoing management.
• Process Improvement: Implement enhancements to improve productivity, efficiency, and streamline business processes.
• Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT and project managers to drive successful integrations across products using Agile methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continual product improvements based on user feedback, competitive capabilities, and performance metrics.

Required Experience:

• Solid understanding of software development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development tools, testing methodologies, and deployment management.
• 3-5 years of related project experience leading implementations of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow application suite (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.).

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
