Howdie HVAC’ers!
This latest mailing will be short and sweet today and is focussed on the service side of HVAC. Service Delivery, Service Sales and Service Techs!
Most of our Vic based roles have tended to be in the South East/Eastern Suburbs so it’s nice to be able to look beyond the pond to tempt those who live in the West and North of Melbourne. Think Craigieburn, Tullamarine across to Melton, Werribee then through Lara, Geelong and Torquay.
Service Techs – here we are looking for a mix of experience. We have clients who are open to hiring those who have a good understanding of HVAC who would be open to learning to become a service and maintenance Technician through to the more experienced Technician where you’ll be involved with more in-depth troubleshooting and mentoring juniors/apprentices. You just need to be based around and happy to travel North and West. Rates of pay vary but go up to $50 per hour plus all the trimmings!
Service Delivery – this position is suited to those who have a trade background and who have stepped up into management. You may be a Service Supervisor, an Account Manager or even a Service Manager looking for a change. This could be in HVAC, Building or Essential Services – what counts is your leadership skills. The office is based in the South East, but you’ll be in the face of your customers making sure everything runs smoothly. Up to $135k + car allowance.
Service Sales – this is the role I shared in my last mailing and where I shared a video on LinkedIn (did you like it)? We are looking for a B2B Sales ‘Gun’. This successful service division want to expand throughout Victoria. It’s a new role where you can be involved in carving out the KPI’s and roadmap to enable this to be done. Salary is open to discussion.
Industrial Refrigeration – seems these peeps are in demand also. Looking for experience with cold storage, f&b manufacturing etc. Ammonia and/or Co2 system experience would be an added bonus.
On another note – if you are on LinkedIn and we are connected it would be worth following my TMR business page which can be found here - https://www.dhirubhai.net/company/tmr-recruitment This is where we share updates on the market, available roles and the occasional joke.
That’s it folks – shout out if you’d like to know more about any of the above - 0424 379 006
