8 年Funnily enough I was discussing this with a good friend of mine yesterday and like Gavin Prince we found the service in NYC was so much better than Manchester. Between the 2 of us we couldn't agree on one person / company in hospitality sector who we thought delivered great customer service in our home town - individuals we thought we better than average, but none exceptional
