We're looking for quality midfield all-rounder, with knowledge and 'lungs' to cover it all up!
Who controls incident, problem and change activities, distributes long balls/informations to different teams within the group and doesn't "customs" the ball, but takes a proactive role in the classification and prioritization of incidents, manage the flow of information and escalations among the teammates and, without simulation, ensuring timely and effective restoration of impacted services.You will be an extended arm of the Management Staff on the field, an Captain, who takes responsibility for Continual Service Improvements for the processes, SLA's and KPI's and reporting directly and reasonably to the senior management!
And yes, not in Munich, but in Slavonski Brod, Croatia!
