It has been wide spread the service delivery you receive for your Mac is quite disgusting. Being a Mac Power user for the past 26 years and Certified Mac Support, i find most who think they know mac actually don't. Without asking the client his or her needs as well as price range and what is involved in installing your mac. All Mac's do not come with Microsoft office as this needs to be purchased at a cost of R1000-2999 depending on requirements.

Also proper support and training on your new system if coming from PC to Mac or even Mac to Mac as new system can bring a huge amount of new Features, sometimes like Yosemite 150 new features. So before purchasing a Mac new or second hand ask an expert 1st before you take the leap with your precious Money.
