Service Delivery & Management, creating your own path to success

If you thought that modern Service Delivery & Management best practices would tell you how to control the chaos of today's digital, customer-focused, unrelenting world of technology, you were wrong. But that isn't a bad thing at all, as you get the chance to control your own destiny.

In today's Digital/IT Service Delivery world, there isn't a formula that tells you how to do things. Everything is fluid, things change, and being able to respond and adapt are two key survival traits.

Agile methodologies, DevOps, ITIL4 and others deliberately show you why you need to do something, but not always how, so that you seek the right solution that involves the right people......So that you can make things easier and cheaper through automation....And so that you talk to the customers and users of your services and colleagues/peers in the delivery lifecycle, to find the right approaches.

The rulebook now says that there are no rules. But if you find the right approach, your customers and senior business executives will thank you enormously.
