Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.

So I went for a bike ride today on my new road bike. The morning was sunny, cool and a beautiful time to spend with God. I started my decent after a long rigorous climb and looked forward to a fast start to the final 5 miles to home when I felt the back end wobble. I felt the sloppiness, heard the rubbing and saw the back tire lose all air... Not the conclusion I was hoping for. So, I started walking the final 5 miles. About 1 mile in a pickup drove by. I said to myself, 'Why don't people help each other anymore?'. Just then I saw the brake lights. He stopped, turned around and said, 'I see you've got a flat. Need a ride?'. I accepted graciously and we had a great conversation. I also admitted to him that I was judgmental when he drove by. He laughed and said, 'I'm just glad God allowed me to help you.'. God has made each of us to serve each other in need. Seek your moments to serve, thank God when you are served and have a blessed day!
