Servant Leadership is the way for a better world !
Today the interactive presentation on Servant Leader in the series called Students of Leadership at ST India was quite refreshing ! I liked the concepts written in the book by Robert K Greenleaf. In the changing world, the qualities of Servant Leadership is so close to my heart. I am sure world would be a lot better place if more and more leaders embrace Servant Leadership. That is the way new age leaders make their employees to fulfil their dreams towards excellence through journey of self awareness.
