Servant leadership cross pollination

Servant leadership cross pollination

By nature ‘Servant Leaders’ learn from each other, (cross pollination). With gratitude.

As the year 2024 draws to a close, I thank you all who have actively engaged with me during this explorative journey of discovery on LinkedIn. It has been a remarkable learning experience and a blessing to serve.

By nature ‘Servant Leaders’ learn from each other, (cross pollination). They allow the flow of:

1/ Vibrational introspection

2/ Motivational leadership

3/ Securing best optimisation of resources and outcomes.

4/ Reclaiming the sacred path of self-discovery.

5/ Being in the now and supportive of their teams.

My journey on social platforms (Linkedin, Instagram and X, respectively) was a deeply personal and universally introductory awareness path and revealed a mission bold, beyond my wildest dreams.?

During 2024, I deliberated on the foundational aspects of:

**Mindfulness

**ESG basics

**Africa profiling

**Servant Leadership

**Awareness of Global South (BRICS+)

**Business and project management fundamentals

My gratitude to so many of you, who enriched my being and humbled me; to stay focused.

This year 2024 have been an awesome revitalised learning experience. A rich tapestry of interactions and meaningful connections, fused wisdom and knowledge that extended my boundaries of new hope and vibrational energy to cope; even in difficult times.

This journey inspires my work, a mission of sustainability awareness and sharing knowledge; making a difference in others lives within this modern world of complexities and multipolarities.

Where biodiversity challenges, ESG reporting and geopolitical turmoil together with natural disasters, drought and storms, climate conditions;

Kept us awake, many a night, with various aspects embroiling our toil.

This discovery journey fueled my ambitious task in dedication of self to ‘nature’s mission’. It is one of sustainable development, personal growth and consciousness with mindfulness while educating others.?

A beam of light, offering breadcrumbs in support of wellness in the workplace remotely. Supporting those that are behind the confines of golden handcuffs and self-induced imprisonment (slavery) in exchange for a silver dollar.

Perhaps the greatest test is ‘Gratitude and forgiveness’ while progressively moving forward in small steps. This is epitomised by the reconciliatory “Long walk to Freedom” of Nelson Mandela, whose work as freedom fighter and change maker and Mahatma Gandhi as example of passive resistance.

Engraved as symbolism in servant leaders equally as demonstrated by Judge Markandey Katju (India - IRA) in peaceful reunification work of Pakistan and Bangladesh.

These examples raise the bar of our tasks as changemakers and as advocates of nature and sustainability in flux with intersectionality disbarment.

Hopefully, my reflection places in perspective the work done thus far.

Blessings for 2025. May your dreams and wishes come true in the New Year.

I look forward to robust engagements that can enhance the knowledge pool while fighting the good battle to freedom, and greater sustainable solutions.
