Serious health issues with Trump revealed in his rally tonight. Severe incoherence( not able to form complete sentences) and impaired walking
As of this evening, there was a banner day as to impairment for Donald Trump. Two cases of impairment. one in incoherence (ranting about his "ass" in a broken fashion), and his inability to form complete sentences or syntax. The other was his inability to master even minor stair walking "issues" which has shown up for months.
This is one of his, ahem issues

Another case where Trump could not even go up a pair of easy to asses stairs without extreme help.
The above as far as stairs has been a steady show of deterioration for months.
As the public knows, Trump had an emergency visit to Walter Reed hospital, one which his staff refuses to own up to
That was in Tulsa,Oklahoma and it was an attempt to explain away Trump not being able to walk down a flight of stairs. Did not go across well
So tonight what was the score ?

President Donald Trump held a campaign rally in New Hampshire on Friday that could become a super-spreader COVID-19 event, with a large crowd and many not wearing masks.
“You know what I say? Protest this, your ass. I don’t talk about my ass,” Trump falsely claimed, while obviously talking about his rear.
The statement caused widespread confusion, here’s some of what people were saying:

Fears ‘Trump has some health issues’ after the president has difficulty walking up short set of stairs

In June, there were worries President Donald Trump was “deteriorating rapidly” after he had great difficulty walking down a ramp after a commencement address at West Point.
In defense, Trump falsely claimed the ramp was “long and steep“.
One week later, at his controversial Tulsa rally, Trump awkwardly attempted to prove he can walk down a ramp.
At a Friday evening rally in New Hampshire, Trump again sparked widespread conversation of having difficulty climbing a short set of stairs to the stage while Lee Greenwood’s “Proud to be an American” plays:

Donald Trump has ramp incident at New Hampshire rally, then begins ranting about his ass
Bill Palmer | 7:57 pm EDT August 28, 2020
After Donald Trump suffered jarringly low TV ratings last night for his Republican National Convention acceptance speech, he tweeted this morning that the TV ratings were actually high. It’s not clear if he’s just trying to put on a brave face, or if he’s so far gone that he truly believes whatever his handlers are telling him to pacify him. Then Trump held a rally today in New Hampshire, and showed us all how far gone he truly is.
There were signs of trouble from the start, when Trump first walked up the ramp onto the stage. Trump waved his arms in the air and cartoonishly simulated falling down. It was clear that his arm flail was intentional, but it wasn’t clear if he was doing it just to be funny (Trump doesn’t have a sense of humor), or if he was over exaggerating it to try cover up some kind of real trouble he was having with the ramp. In any case, things went downhill from there.
Trump began ranting and raving about the numerous protesters across America, most of whom stand strongly against him. In arguably the most bizarre thing ever said by a President of the United States, Trump said “You know what I say? Protesters your ass.” Then perhaps realizing that the phrase is not “your ass” but “my ass,” Trump added “I don’t talk about my ass.” No really, that happened. It’s a reminder that Donald Trump really is that far gone. He’s not at all there psychologically, he’s barely there cognitively, and he’s becoming more unhinged by the day as it all goes wrong for him. His performance today was almost like something out of a poorly written Joker scene from the Batman series. Vote for Joe Biden and end this nightmare.

It is obvious that Trump is severely physically ill, and his verbal broken syntax is symptomatic of why Trump needs to resign
See this as well: It is still pertinent.

Trump 'severely mentally troubled' and must resign from coronavirus response, mental health group warns
World Mental Health Coalition urges president's impeachment or resignation for 'dangerous detachment to reality' that is making pandemic worse

Donald Trump is "so severely mentally troubled that he is a great danger to our nation" and must be removed from office, according to a group of international mental health professionals calling for the president to resign or for the "complete removal" of his decision-making powers leading the White House response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The World Mental Health Coalition has issued a "prescription for survival" that urges several calls to action, including the invocation of the 25th amendment of the US Constitution, which would relinquish the president from office once the chief executive is determined unfit.
It also calls for the president's "urgent impeachment" in Congress and conviction in the US Senate, which must realise its decision "involves the very fate of the nation."
The president also must undergo a court-ordered mental health evaluation and establish a Coronavirus Crisis Department within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which would lead the US response to Covid-19, the group says.
White House briefings, which have devolved into platforms for misinformation and false claims about the US response to combat the outbreak, should also be suspended, and briefings must only be delivered through the CDC, according to the group.

In a petition, the group said that if Mr Trump "were president of any major institutions, it is likely the Board of Directors would have required him to undergo a comprehensive mental health assessment. If he were any law enforcement or military officer, he would have taken a fitness-for-duty test before even assuming his job. All of our country's military personnel who handle nuclear weapons are required to submit to rigorous psychological testing yearly — except the commander in chief."
The president "is incapable of protecting lives but is making a global pandemic worse — not just through incompetence and ignorance, but through a dangerous detachment from reality" and "a need to convey false information," the letter reads.
Yale School of Medicine forensic psychiatrist Bandy X Lee, the group's president, had recently convened a panel on coronavirus to discuss the administration's response and efforts to downplay the severity of the impending crisis.
She said that the president's "germophobia" is merely "about people, not germs," and is not dissimilar to his inability to take seriously pandemic surveillance and containment while focusing on immigration and travel bans, she told Salon.
"Someone who causes this kind of crisis is also incapable of containing it but will make it worse," she said. "He is setting the atmosphere for the nation and the world where every state will have to scramble for itself, and every country fend for itself, which means terrible inefficiency and a recipe for global conflicts, when we could have been uniting around fighting a common enemy."
His "insatiable drive" allows him to "seduce and hypnotise the masses" while simultaneously endangering them with his policy decisions, she said.
"They will cling to him more, defensively idealizing him, since the psychological cost of admitting his errors would be even greater."
