In this last section in this area is focusing on laziness, this is procrastination or just generally putting things off, this can be eradicated by journal-ling & also creating to do lists to stop this happening. The other option is to have in your mind that something must be done on a certain day or week and stick to it. Breaking the task or the project to a specific time-frame makes it easier to achieve, & lastly when you are pooped have it in your brain & or mindset to muster up more energy to complete that task/project as otherwise it will bug you till it’s completed from which that task is off your to do list & the next task can then be completed.
