Insulation resistance test
Turn off the BMU insulation monitoring function and use the Hipot tester to measure the insulation resistance between the main positive, main, and negative and charging positive of the battery pack respectively. The resistance value should meet the requirements.
AC and DC voltage resistance test
Turn off the BMU insulation monitoring function, and use the Hipot tester to test the main positive and main negative and charging positive housing of the battery pack respectively.
1.?Hipot positive and negative housing of the Hipot positive and negative battery pack.
2.?Hipot-positive battery pack negative and negative housing.
3.?Hipot positive charging and negative housing.
CAN terminal resistance test
Enable multi-function multi-meter to measure the resistance value of CAN ports through EOL software.
Insulation function detection test
Read the insulation resistance and alarm state reported by BMS changing the battery HV+ and HV-ground insulation resistance values (access to 1000kΩ, 500kΩ, and 100kΩ).
Vehicle communication function test
In the case of closing the Keyon, connect the CAN of the whole car and check whether the total voltage, current, maximum and minimum voltage, and other battery pack information are normal through the EOL upper computer software.
Internal communication function test
In the case of closing the Keyon, connect to the internal CAN and check whether the monomer temperature, monomer voltage, and other battery pack information are normal through the EOL upper computer software.
Charging communication function test (Fast charging)
1.?Stimulate the charging gun and charger signal according to the national standard.

2.?Use BMS for a simulating message.
3.?Measure the output voltage of the charging relay12V+.
Total voltage accuracy test
Comparison of the detection value of the output voltage of the battery system with the total voltage acquisition value of BMS and the cumulative value of monomer voltage.
Open circuit voltage test
Close the charging relay through EOL software and measure port voltage with a multi-function multi-meter.
Charge and discharge circuit test
Through BMS closure and disconnecting the specified (main positive/main negative, charging) relay, the multi-functional multi-meter is used to detect the port voltage value when the relay is closed or disconnected. If the voltage value is normal, it indicates the normal operation of the charging and discharging of the circuit.
Pre-charged relay on-off test
By closing the pre-charge relay and the charging relay in turn by BMS, the multi-functional multi-meter is used to detect the port voltage values of the battery pack in two states, U1, and U1/U2 ratios to meet the requirement.
Heating circuit resistance test
Detect the resistance of the heating plug-in interface with a multi-function meter.
High voltage interlock
Control the on-off of the high-voltage interlock signal line through EOL and read the corresponding state of BMS through CAN communication.
