September Update
Quite Frankly Productions
Content creators for global brands with offices in London, New York and Bangalore
I’ll tell you what I want what I really, really want….
?No, not bigger budgets and longer post-production times (although those would also be nice), but who can resist a feeble joke about one of our shoots this month with Mel C at?Mishcon De Reya? What a pleasure to work with, what an absolute pro. And even the Gen Z’ers in the QF studio were quietly impressed.?Although a Production Co-ordinator who shall remain nameless has just confided that they were more Girls Aloud than Spice Girls. Go figure.
NEW WORK
This month also saw the continuation of our CCEP Career Hub work produced by Sally along with shoots in Rotterdam and Manhattan. And we’re sending more of our graphics work over to Bangalore for completion there, which is not just cost-effective but brings our three offices closer together.
QF EXCHANGE
Our three-month exchange programme came to an end with Ben and Bobby returning to their respective homes. That was our first ever job swap within the company and I think, or at least I hope, it was a success. We’re going to try and do more.

B-CORP & THE METAVERSE
And this month we’ve started the preliminary work for our?B Corp?accreditation?there’s a lot to think about and consider. I’ll do a separate post about that.
We’ve been to talks about retail in the metaverse (jury’s still out) and sales workshops which always give up valuable insights into how other businesses run. Top-line, it’s tough for digital agencies in today’s content rich universe. Be careful what you wish, for but I’m happy Quite Frankly has a specialist offering.
QF NEW YORK
I spent more time in?New York?with the team there and met Gabriela, the newest member of the QF family who joins our post-production team. To slightly adapt an old Woody Allen line, I was so excited, I could barely keep my eyes off the exchange rate. Thanks Liz and Kwasi!
QUITE FRANKLY NEWS
On brighter news, Sam and Rhiannon got married in a beautiful ceremony in Norfolk. Much love to the happy couple. Jez
