Pillars of Titan

Celebrating those who hold up Titan Company Limited , the People team hosted our leaders in a one-of-its-kind event that recognises their contributions to the organisation. The intimate gathering featured surprise messages from each leaders' manager and their family members. A cherished event, it left all our leaders with a renewed sense of vigor!

Strides of Support

In a drive for greater impact, Titan Company Limited 's CSR team hosted Strides 2024. An inspiring event, it brought all our CSR and partner SPOCs together to set new strategies and celebrate past successes. Speakers like Debraj Kundu , Retail Delivery and Sales Head (UK and EU) at 塔塔咨询服务公司 , Somprabh Singh (Regional Business Head, East), Preeti Munjal (Executive Director, IIMPACT ), Supriya Ramachandran from Tata Sustainability Group and Alakananda Ghosh from Anudip Foundation .

This occasion was an opportunity to engage with industry leaders, gain fresh insights, and create dynamic solutions for social challenges.

On Their Merit

The Titan family doesn't only comprise of the employees; but extends to their families as well. The Meritorious Awards are an excellent example of this. The awards have been instituted to promote an enhanced sense of belonging and engagement by recognizing meritorious academic performance of employees’ children and motivating them to pursue higher education. Families from across Titan's Corporate locations, factories, and Titan Engineering & Automation Limited came together to cheer on the young achievers.

This year's edition was, again, one of immense pride with the recipients being felicitated by Titan's CPO Swadesh Behera, Watches and Wearables CEO, Suparna Mitra, Head of Manufacturing (Gold Jewellery) Sharad Rajaram and Taneira CEO Ambuj Narayan. Here's a glimpse at the event:

To the Shores of Oman

August marked the opening of our 19th international store across the globe, with the Tanishq store in Muscat’s Oman Avenues Mall opening its doors to our Omani shoppers. The store was inaugurated by H.E. Amit Narang, the Ambassador of India to Oman, alongside Mr. Kuruvilla Markose , CEO of our International Business Division, and esteemed business partners from Khimji Ramdas LLC .

A Spark of Change

It's (almost) that time of the year again! The wedding season is inching closer, and as are the most-awaited festive campaigns and sales. Tanishq recently launched a poignant, yet thought-provoking campaign centred around the theme of 'For marriages crafted by you.' The multi-lingual film features four brides who speak of the changes a bride undergoes - from her city of residence to the family unit, and her work schedule and more. The twist at the end reveals that the one undergoing the change is not the bride, rather the groom, giving the viewer a fresh perspective on equal partnerships.
