New Line Maintenance Base in Abu Dhabi
Leveraging synergy with trusted partners, we believe, is one of the best ways to establish a powerful presence in new markets.
On that note, FL Technics is proud to announce that a brand-new business line has just been launched in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates! This new location is where our MRO specialist teams will be providing solutions for Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, in support of their Airbus A320 aircraft.
We see how this region is willing to invest in the growth of tourism and aviation and how it’s definitely starting to pay off: growing numbers of passengers, world-leading airlines, and a pool of renowned lessors. It seems like the place to be for maintenance service providers like us, right?

Aviation events FL Technics attended in September
FL Technics team attending the?International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT)?EMEA conference this week - an exceptional opportunity to clients and partners to meet colleagues from a wide range of?FL Technics, Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organisation?business areas, including base maintenance services and asset management solutions!
Sharing knowledge with other industries
“If we want to remain competitive in the global market, we can only achieve this by providing the highest quality services and working efficiently", says?Juozas Lapeika,?FL Technics, Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organisation’ Deputy CEO for Production Management. Recently, he welcomed?INHUS?management to discuss this aspiration and the means for its implementation. INHUS covers different aspects of the real estate industry (INHUS Engineering, INHUS Prefab, and INHUS Construction), therefore, it was easy for us to understand each other, coming from a global MRO market ourselves and growing multiple companies under the same roof.
Gathered in the Kaunas hangar and having relatively little time, we managed to touch on various topics, including business management, employee engagement, managers' responsibility, and the rise of digitization. The goal was to share our knowledge and learn from each other – after all, this is one of the fastest ways to improve.
We are grateful to the guests for their participation and willingness to introduce us to their lean processes. It was a fruitful discussion, which gave us the motivation to continue developing young talents to provide the demanding market with our star services and help this industry thrive.

One of the main reasons new recruits join FL Technics as engineers is because of the career plan, training qualifications, and rising pay scale that work hand-in-hand on an upward trajectory over time. Investing in good people is key to our ongoing success and major growth. If you want to find out more->?https://lnkd.in/ePB-DW8X.
Here at FL Technics, we always encourage and support our employees’ growth.
Recently, our team members participated in the A320 CEO&NEO General Familiarization training, organized by FL Technics Technical Trainings. This course, led by a highly-experienced FL Technics Trainings lecturer from Greece, was dedicated to those who want to gain basic knowledge about Airbus A320 CEO and NEO family aircraft’s performance and systems.
We’re thrilled to have this incredible opportunity to help our employees develop professionally. At the end of the day, that’s what makes them feel committed, productive and satisfied.

Whoever said that aviation can’t be run by women was very wrong!
Today, we would like you to meet Elisabeta Zahariade, a Junior LMCC (Line Maintenance Control Centre) Engineer at FL Technics Romania.
Elisabeta’s curiosity, sharp-mindedness, and persistence inspire us every day, and we couldn’t be happier that she feels valued and understood too, even if she’s the only woman at the station.
As Elisabeta puts it, “FL Technics has brought the aircraft closer to me. My job has allowed me to understand the knowledge I’ve already acquired and what further opportunities might lie ahead. Every new beginning is difficult, but at FL Technics, I was lucky to be surrounded by patient and understanding colleagues who made my integration so much easier.”
Can you imagine yourself working in aviation too? Do not hesitate to contact us at?[email protected].

Work-life balance
We value work-life balance at FL Technics.
Last week FL Technics Engine, Airframe and Materials department took part in the Meet the Buyer event which was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The productive discussions with clients and aviation colleagues lead to fruitful projects.
Apart from the official work at the event, FL Technics held a beach volley match where the aviation colleagues tested their fitness levels.
Thank you all for the volley match and productive discussion at the MTB Dubrovnik. It was great to meet the fellow colleagues that we haven't seen in a while.
We'll see you soon at MRO Europe in London.

FL Technics team is running!
What a productive weekend!
While part of the team helped to count our stock in Lithuania, the other ones were running a marathon.
Team spirit has never left any of the departments at FL Technics hanging when the help is needed. This time, getting ready for the new season, we all helped to count the stock at our warehouses in Lithuania. 3 days of unofficial teambuilding, laughter and productive work truly pay off. Stay tuned for the upcoming video moments.
While the FL Technics warehouses were full of busy employees on Sunday, the other half of the team was running a marathon in Vilnius. At FL Technics, we value health and fitness, therefore, support our employees at various sports events.
This one was fun! Check our reel section on Instagram.
