Kids Club Kampala
Through grassroots initiatives, our programmes are supporting children in Uganda to survive and thrive.
September always feels ripe for new beginnings and exciting changes, which is what we have in store for you this month! Firstly, we are thrilled to be welcoming our CEO and founder Olivia back to the team next month. As she returns my time as Interim CEO will come to an end, however I will be continuing in the UK team as Chief Operations Officer which I am so delighted about.?
We also have a very exciting announcement in store for you next month, and I can't wait to tell you all about it in October. As our dedicated supporters you will be the first to hear, so keep an eye out in your inboxes in the coming weeks for a very big announcement.
Jo Black
Interim CEO
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who supported our Child Sponsor appeal. With thanks to your kind help, we have had 6 amazing people sign up to sponsor a child, leaving us just 3 sign ups away from our target! 2024 is the perfect time to sponsor a child as your impact goes even further. A generous supporter has offered to sponsor 10 more children if we can get just 3 more child sponsors by the end of the year. Could you help?
We are so excited to be bringing back our Etsy shop for the Christmas season. Are you struggling for gift ideas? Or maybe you're undecided on what Christmas card you would like to give out?this year.
This years Christmas card was designed by the children on our child?sponsorship project, bringing Christmas joy from their classroom to the homes of your loved ones.
Our Etsy shop will be returning on Friday 11th October with a range of Christmas cards, handmade crafts and alternative gift cards. Pop the date in your diary now to make sure you don't miss out. Alternatively, return to this email on?11th October and use the link below.

The Big Give Christmas Challenge is a match funding campaign where for one week only, all gifts are matched, meaning your donation is doubled. This means if you donate £100, we receive £200!?This year we are raising funds that will enable us to reach 13,000 vulnerable children and their families in 2025. This is our biggest ever Big Give target, because we want to scale up our work in our existing communities to expand what is working and ensure more children are able to survive and thrive. Can you help us by hosting a fundraiser, bake sale or pledging a donation? Please contact us at?[email protected].
