Note From Trace
Dear Friends,
The official start to the fall season is almost here, but I would like to remind everyone that September is also a month dedicated to National Suicide Prevention and Awareness.
Suicide is a profound and urgent public health crisis that affects individuals, families, and communities across our nation. In our mission to support military families and veterans, we recognize the unique and significant challenges they face, including the mental health struggles that can lead to such tragic outcomes.
This month, let's work together to shine a light on this critical issue. By raising awareness, fostering open conversations about mental health, and providing support to those in need, we can make a difference. Each one of us has the power to offer hope and help to someone in their most critical times of need.
USA Cares is committed to continuing our efforts and we encourage you to join us by getting involved, whether through volunteering, donating, or simply reaching out to someone who may need a listening ear.
Together, we can build a community of care and compassion, where no veteran feels alone in their struggles. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to this vital cause.
Best Regards,
Trace Chesser, President & CEO
