Circular Carbon Capture in the Drinks Industry Webinar
Steve Stewart from Stewart Brewing recently shared his experience with DALUM and CO2 recovery at the Zero Waste Scotland 's webinar.
With two DALUM CO2 Recovery Plants installed in the brewery, Stewart is able to capture approx. 50 tonnes of 99.99 % pure, odorless, tasteless and sustainable CO2 from fermentation to use in their beer.

Sebago Brewing Co. Install
Chet Kiedrowski recently visited Sebago Brewing Company , a craft beer leader in Maine for more than 25 years, to install their 15 kg/hr DALUM CO2 Recovery Plant along with a 1 ton tank and ambient vaporizer solution. The installation was completed in just a few days, already producing CO2 on the first day. Luke Truman , Senior Program Manager of the Sustainable Craft Beverage Program at the New England Environmental Finance Center , was invited to come see the installation and the DALUM Plant in action.
The Sebago team is excited to start collecting their own natural CO2 for production and securing their own CO2 supply.

Addressing the CO2 Challenge
In the newest issue of Brewers Journal you can read about some our UK customers - some of the very first breweries to ever implement craft-scale CO2 recovery technology. Cromarty Brewing Company , Ramsgate Brewery Limited (Gadds’) , and Stewart Brewing are featured in the article as excellent examples of how CO2 recovery can assist small-scale breweries become CO2 self-sufficient, minimize carbon footprint, and significantly lower costs and improve quality.
