Fall is in the aiR: Key Takeaways from Relativity Fest?

At Relativity Fest 2024, we gained additional insight into the future of eDiscovery, particularly with the official rollout of Relativity aiR, RelativityOne’s Generative AI solution. Relativity aiR for Review is already transforming how teams sift through documents, speeding up reviews, and surfacing key data faster. Relativity aiR for Review's Relevance Review feature allows you to predict relevant documents for production. It also allows you to QC traditional reviews before they’re finalized. The Issues Review feature helps teams quickly locate material tied to key legal issues essential to case strategy, while the Key Document Identification feature surfaces hot documents early on—ensuring that critical information isn’t overlooked or discovered too late.

Looking ahead, Relativity aiR for Privilege will introduce AI-driven privilege detection, enhancing accuracy, and reducing the risk of errors. By leveraging advanced AI technologies this feature will deliver more accurate and consistent privilege review predictions. It will also enable teams to work faster with fewer resources by automating more of the privilege review process, allowing them to focus on more strategic activities. Additionally, aiR for privilege will prevent clawbacks by giving you information on all privileged content so you can better understand your data. ?

Meanwhile, Relativity aiR for Case Strategy, promises to help build legal narratives by identifying critical connections in data. With its Fact Generation feature, the platform will extract critical facts and present a full timeline of how key events unfolded. Additionally, it will streamline Deposition Prep by generating outlines centered around the facts and key players involved and provide direct links to supporting exhibits for a more thorough preparation process. aiR for Case Strategy will also provide Document, Witness, and Case Summaries, allowing users to quickly gain context on individual documents or take in the full scope of a witness’s role within the overall case.?
