Events round-up for September

We mentioned that September was shaping up to be a busy month for events, and we kicked it off with the first of six that we attended this month with the Strategies in Satellite Ground Segment - Conference & Expo in London. Our team exhibited at the event and had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders to discuss the latest advancements and explore new PR and marketing strategies to elevate satellite brands. In our blog, we look at the key trends shaping the satellite ground segment space, here.?

Connected Britain 2024? ?

Next on our events calendar was #ConnectedBritain, where we were proud to return as the official filming partner and exhibitor. The event continues to grow, and it was great for the team to engage even closer to the industry to learn insights and talk directly to attendees about key issues and how we can help elevate their PR and marketing as the leading telecoms agency.

So what did #ConnectedBritain tell us about the state of the UK's digital economy? Joshua Addison , had the opportunity to sit down with guests across the two days to talk about the future of UK connectivity for a special episode of the #ConnectedCommunications podcast, which you can?listen to here.

IBC 2024

From London to Amsterdam! Our Marketing Director Jade Hush wrapped up Connected Britain and headed straight to IBC - International Broadcasting Convention. Over the two days, Jade connected with leading brands from broadcast, media and satellite industries, showcasing how we boost brand awareness, create engaging content, and target the right audiences to help achieve their goals.

After attending both events, Jade Hush explored the shared themes shaping the future of telecoms, broadcasting and media, from AI to sustainability, to the ever-growing and all-important need for connectivity in a blog. Learn more.

The Emergency Tech Show = complete!

Later in the month, Jade travelled to Birmingham, UK, for The Emergency Tech Show . From communications to safety tech and everything in between, she got a first-hand look at the technology shaping a more connected and safer world.

ECOC Exhibition 2024

Next, it was time for one of our client events - ECOC Exhibition in Frankfurt. This year, we welcomed record numbers as the biggest names and most influential thought leaders joined us at Europe’s premier optical communications event. As the on-site partner, we had the pleasure of capturing the excitement through filming for ECOC and its exhibitors, sharing their experiences on social media and beyond. We look forward to returning for #ECOC2025 in Copenhagen next year.
