As September arrives, it ushers in not only a change of seasons but also an excellent opportunity to reflect on our goals and objectives for the remainder of the year. Did you plan to take more care of your health in January? Are you currently doing it? Ignoring the whims of the holidays, of course.
I have looked for the health definition and according to the World Health Organization's (WHO), health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." It's a reminder that true health encompasses not just the absence of physical ailments but also mental and social well-being.
With this holistic definition in mind, let's explore some specific objectives within the realm of mental health and overall well-being:
Are you taking care of yourself this year, or do you find yourself with all the tools at your disposal, yet not utilizing them? Or maybe you have not found the tool that fits you and helps to keep a routine.

September represents more than just a change of calendar pages; it offers a fresh start, a chance to reevaluate and recalibrate. Let's make the most of this opportunity, focusing not just on professional success but on personal well-being as well.
Work-life balance isn't just a buzzword; it's a commitment to living a healthier, happier life. Let's remember that balance isn't a one-time achievement but an ongoing pursuit. It is useless for your company to work for your balance between personal life and work, if you do not do your own to take care of yourself.
