How long have you worked at RookQS?

"I have been a part of the Rook team for a little over two years now."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the RookQS team?

"My favorite part of working at RookQS is the day-to-day variety. Some days are focused on post-market activities for an implant while other days are more focused on QMS implementation for a software device. No day or client is the same, and that makes every day something to look forward to!"

How has working at RookQS contributed to your professional growth and career development?

"I think beyond the anticipated improvements in quality and regulatory knowledge, I have learned how to discuss these topics with a variety of knowledge levels: from clients with hands-on knowledge to clients who are just getting started. Additionally, with each audit, inspection, or adopted/implemented QMS, I’ve learned a plethora of ways to optimize processes while still adhering to industry and regulatory standards."

How does your work align with RookQS' mission and ensure client satisfaction?

"I think while I work to meet deliverables, support a QMS and overall industry/regulatory compliance, I also always prioritize building a relationship with my clients. I think having a more personal relationship builds client confidence in being able to reach business/regulatory goals, complete deliverables, and molds a better Quality team that can pass any audit or inspection."

Do you have a notable client project or success story that you would like to share?

"One of my clients was transitioning from a broken Quality System (predominantly due to a mishmash of a paper and semi-electronic QMS) and had an ISO 13485:2016 certification and on-site state inspection and passed both with 0 findings in less than a year of starting with RookQS."

Do you have any instances of positive client feedback you would like to highlight?

"A client of mine recently provided feedback on their partnership with our team saying, 'The Rook team is very responsive, always offering to pick up and help take documentation work off our plate, willing to work with us on aggressive project timelines, willing to be as creative as possible within the confines of procedural and regulatory compliance and is always a pleasure to talk to.'"

Outside of work, what activities or hobbies to you enjoy?

"I love anything Taylor Swift, crafting and reading, and as a Nashville resident, I love to enjoy live music with friends!"
