Hello from Greg and Sharon! As we welcome the beautiful autumn season in Colorado, we're reminded of the natural flow of change and renewal. With only four months remaining in 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on life, changes that have occurred in the last year, goals that we dream about and are working on, and finally to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead, often with full awareness and hard work! The challenge of balance amidst change, while often necessary for growth, can make maintaining balance in our lives particularly challenging.

This year, Greg and I have experienced firsthand how transitions can disrupt our sense of equilibrium. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when juggling various aspects of life—health, work, fun, and our spiritual lives, friends, family, adventure, personal growth.... By doing this exercise, it provides a holistic view of where we individually stand as of that moment in time and where we need to focus our efforts by creating new goals or tweaking the goals we have already created. By regularly assessing and adjusting our priorities, we can work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. It’s a reminder that taking care of ourselves is not just a personal responsibility but a way to better support those around us!
