Leaders and their teams are great at “knowing.” We gather data, create strategies, and develop strong business cases for change. Knowing is intellectual, theoretical, and abstract. Doing, on the other hand, is messy. It requires taking risks, facing uncertainty, and sometimes making imperfect decisions. But execution is where the real work begins – outside of the team environment.?
So, where are you stuck? Ask your team this month, where are?you hung up? Maybe a project feels overwhelming, maybe they are unclear or procrastinating. Start asking questions to start doing!

1 个月You nailed the difference between knowing and doing. It's so true. Teams can have great plans but really struggle when it’s time to act. Having regular conversations with team members about their emotions and areas where they need help is a good practice. Most people find it difficult to ask for help. However, once we approach them and inquire, they are more open and willing to share their challenges.
