1 个月?? agile leadership and culture is originating in feminine leadership. although many IT organization had chosen that path towards agility, dominating masculine focus stil embraces command and control, processes, frameworks and tools. maybe because it is easier to stay as we are as leaders. ? true agility is about culture not frameworks, about connection and respectful interactions not processes and tools. ?? agile culture require more of feminine leadership approach. to get there an internal change in managers needs to be triggered.
