Sep’23 Wrap: I MANIFESTED a new JOB role. Law of Attraction worked. Here's how.

I can clearly see that I have manifested what I wanted. Welcome to the September edition of my newsletter Kapoor Konfidence where I help young leaders live a better life through my stories.

Unlike the last edition, which was about health - this is about manifestation.

I have been a Media professional for the last 5 years.

My first formal internship was with the Times of India, New Delhi.

Then I studied Advertising & Marketing in Mumbai and worked with several brands such as Star Gold, Abbott, ZEISS, Colors TV, and more.

Soon, I realized that although products are sold through ads - but ads are displayed in between entertainment or good stories.

They are placed in between original pieces of content i.e., films, songs, and social media.

Therefore, an actor, an artist, or a pop culture creator is the primary face of media towards the audience. He/She is in touch with the consumers and brings a story that helps society form a perception either through TV or Social Media.

So, the leader in me decided to be part of the original stories. Rather than the sidekick.

Whether I become an actor, a director, a writer, or a content creator - the task was clear. That is, to make original stories.

I started manifesting in this lane. Synchronized my habits, and my actions in a way that resembled that I am a successful storyteller - already.

Which means;

1. I started writing newsletters on LinkedIn from Jan 2023.

2. I started creating REELs as a practice of my storytelling on my Instagram

3. I started making VLOGS on YouTube.

4. I announced in public that I was writing a BOOK. I started with the draft.

5. I started looking for opportunities in filmmaking. And I started learning Screen-Writing.

So many exciting things together, but NONE were monetized.

My savings had dried up. Doubts clouded my mind.

Even when I pitched some ideas to potential leaders in the media industry, they didn't like it.

Yet, I trusted my instincts. Amidst all my efforts I saw an opening and immediately sent my portfolio.

Finally, in September, I landed a job role with a big storytelling platform.

The platform is in the business of telling original stories and handling storytellers.

Can you believe it? I can clearly see that the Universe provided me with what I had asked for.

Obviously, this is not the best version or the most successful version. But this is a step towards it, right?

Rather than complaining or forcing the Law of Attraction to work - I channeled all my energy into my actions and feelings.

Be immersed in your own craft and automatically you will attract the right people or messages. Attraction is like compounding, it starts with little things. Grab them fast and keep marching ahead.

To conclude, I want you to understand 2 things while manifesting:

1. Be very clear about your WANT.

It is not about the job/reward/money.

It is about what actions/habits you repeat? - even when you have achieved all things you want.

For example, now I am sure I will always do storytelling. Whether through films, REELs, or newsletters. I will tell stories. Therefore it becomes easier for the Universe to provide me something in that domain.

2. Be OPEN. Be alert.

Constantly seek opportunities. Message people.

Don't get disheartened if they ignore you. Email people.

Learn from Youtube. Practice in silence.

I have been writing newsletters for 9 months now.

I have made 4 vlogs and 40 REELs in 2023.

My latest reel on Instagram organically reached 50k+ views.

But there are days when a REEL reaches only 300 views.?

But one thing is clear, I will always practice.

So identify your actions that can bring you the results.

Repeat and refine those actions until you die. Period.

Success / Failure / Manifestation / Law of Attraction etc. will follow. Let me know if this edition gave you some clarity.
