The Seoul International Energy Advisory Council provides expert advice to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on its Sustainable Energy Action Plan (One Less Nuclear Power Plant - Phase 2) who have published their August 2016 update on stricter Environmental Impact Assessment standards for new buildings with a total floor area of 100,000 square metres or more.
