Challenges:
A SaaS startup with a brand-new domain and no existing backlinks. Our goal was not only to rank at the top of Google's searches using white-hat SEO strategies but also to maintain that position firmly.
As the domain was freshly registered and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was still under wraps, we spent six months priming the website pre-launch. This strategic move was aimed at navigating through Google's challenging "sandbox" effect, which typically lasts for a year and makes it difficult for new sites to rank high on the search engine's top pages.
Solution
Once we went live, we launched a multifaceted SaaS marketing campaign. Our tactics included high-quality outreach, crowd marketing, and making the most of comparison websites to boost traffic. Our outreach was multifaceted, including:
- Guest posts for pertinent, authoritative sites
- Internal linking into already published articles
- Link building strategies to stay under Google's radar
And beyond.
But we didn't stop there. We diversified our visitor acquisition strategies by:
- Engaging in Q&A on platforms like Quora and Reddit
- Tapping into B2B marketing channels on LinkedIn
- Actively participating in Facebook groups.

Our global SEO ambitions didn't just stop at English-speaking territories; we targeted markets in Brazil, the USA, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Australia, and others, with tailored multilingual content strategies.
Results:
We achieved top ranks for several competitive keywords
The result of our commitment and strategic foresight was a success. Just one and a half years post-launch, we celebrated our victory in securing top spots on Google for a range of high-competition keywords with difficulty scores of 50+. This victory not only highlighted our expertise in B2B marketing for SaaS companies but also showcased our innovative approach to overcoming SEO challenges.
Currently, 80% of the site traffic is coming directly from organic Google searches.
We also made efforts to fine-tune on-page SEO to boost organic rankings and bring down an incredibly low bounce rate of just 9.38%. It's not just good; it's wonderful.
And the cherry on top? The SEO traffic isn't just increasing. It is growing, with 15% to 20% month-on-month growth.
