New metrics added to the PageSpeed Insights report
The two new metrics that have been added to PageSpeed Insights are:
Interaction to Next Paint (INP) indicates the "total interaction latency," or how long it takes to interact with the full page, as defined by Google.
The INP metric contrasts with the First Input Delay metric, which simply evaluates how long it takes for a page to respond to a visitor's first interaction.

Bing no longer allows to submit XML Sitemap anonymously.
The Bing search engine is dropping its feature that allows anyone to submit an XML sitemap of a website with just an HTTP request. Bing is doing this because of abuse by search spammers.
Now there are only two ways to submit XML sitemap on Bing.
The first one is adding a reference to your sitemap in the robots.txt file?and the second one is via webmaster which we all use.
