Sensex, Nifty snap 8-day rally on profit booking, sentiment to remain flat until further cues; MPC meet eyed
Indian benchmark indices BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 snapped an eight-day rally, ending in the red and giving up Thursday’s gains. BSE Sensex ended at 62,868, down by 415 points under the 63,000 level while NSE Nifty closed at 18,696, over 0.66% points lower from yesterday’s close. All of Nifty’s sectoral indices shifted between gains and losses, but Nifty Auto and Nifty FMCG were the biggest laggards.?
