It took me a long time to figure out I didn't need to impress the boss or co-workers, they care about sales, either "competitively" or the bottom line (maybe both - that's a whole other can o worms). I still struggle with this stuff but it's always nice to get a kick in the pants once in a while by reading articles like this.
