How did you start your career at Sense Hotel Sofia??
I embarked on my journey at Sense Hotel Sofia six years ago as a massage therapist, fueled by my passion for the healing arts. Throughout my time there, I consistently demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and personal growth. As a result, three years later, I was honored to be promoted to the role of Spa Manager, which has allowed me to further develop my skills and contribute to the hotel's success.
What do you love about your job?
There are countless reasons why I adore my job at Sense Hotel Sofia. Firstly, it offers a dynamic and ever-evolving environment that continuously challenges and rewards me. Each day presents new opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally. Additionally, I appreciate the autonomy and creative freedom I have in crafting unique and memorable experiences for our valued guests. This sense of ownership and fulfillment is truly invigorating.

What is your favorite team moment??
One of my most cherished memories with my team occurred a few years ago when we achieved exceptional performance. In recognition of our accomplishments, our generous general manager organized a staff party at the spa after working hours. The atmosphere was electric as we were treated to champagne and cake, celebrating our achievements together. It was an evening filled with laughter, camaraderie, and strengthened bonds. Remarkably, this celebration fueled our motivation, resulting in even greater accomplishments in the subsequent months.

To me, great service extends far beyond meeting the basic needs and desires of guests. It entails a profound understanding and anticipation of their individual preferences and emotions. By attentively observing and empathetically connecting with each guest, we have the power to create truly extraordinary experiences. I firmly believe that excellence resides in the smallest details and requires a genuine commitment to going above and beyond expectations.
