How did you start your career at Sense hotel Sofia?

My first invitation to join the team came in 2013, but circumstances didn't align. In 2015, when the opportunity arose once more, I didn't hesitate for a moment and gladly accepted.

The dynamism, the weight of responsibility, the daily challenges that keep me engaged, and the collaborative spirit within the team.

Sense Hotel stands out due to its genuine heart, distinctive aesthetics, prime location, exceptional comfort, and the overall sense of security it provides to our guests.

What is your favorite team moment?

One unforgettable team moment was the resounding success we achieved, particularly during the post-pandemic period. A highlight was when we all came together to partake in the Jerusalema dance challenge; it was a truly memorable and uplifting experience.

What is great service to you?

Exceptional service, to me, is when I can return home at the end of the day, fully satisfied with the work I've done, and knowing that our guests have not only noticed but also appreciated the care and dedication we put into making their stay memorable.
