How did you start your career at Sense Hotel Sofia?

My professional journey at Sense Hotel Sofia started with my application for the position of a chef de partie. Through hard work and dedication, I had the privilege to progress and eventually assume the role of executive chef, where I currently find myself today.

What do you love about your job?

One aspect I truly love about my job is the dynamic nature of the work, which allows me to engage with various tasks and challenges on a daily basis.
