How did you start your career at Sense hotel Sofia?

Reconnecting with former colleagues was a strong motivator for me, and I expressed my interest in reuniting with them at this fantastic hotel. Fortunately, the opportunity arose, and I gladly accepted the chance to join the team.

What do you love about your job?

I find great joy in the camaraderie with my colleagues, the stimulating working environment, the feeling to be part of something significant, and the flexibility that allows me to balance work and life.

Sense Hotel's distinguishing factors lie in its ambiance, innovative design, and the genuine warmth it exudes, creating a truly unique and inviting experience for our guests.

What is your favorite team moment?

While it's difficult to pick just one, the preparation for one of our kickoff parties stands out. Additionally, winning first place in a dance challenge during the event was a memorable and exhilarating achievement for our team.

What is great service to you?

Exceptional service, in my view, is achieved when every detail is polished to perfection, culminating in an experience that makes our guests feel as comfortable and cared for as they do in their own homes, even when they are away from home.
