Wow what a excellent line up of sparkling reds yesterday arvo- both from mainstream varieties - mainly Shiraz and some cracking Emerging variety ones- Unanimously the wine of the tasting was Gapsted Alpine Valleys Wine#SPARKLING #SAPERAVI - What a wine- bloody brilliant - ubber smooth, rich, tasty, perfectly balanced - SENSATIONAL
