Senior Sous Chef - Hilton La Jolla Torry Pines

Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the culinary team!

Located atop the bluffs of Torrey Pines adjacent to the world-famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, this property has 394 rooms, 60,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, lounge, cafe, seasonal pool bar, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations managing a team of 25.

The ideal candidate will be a go getter, team player, and energetic leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent multi-tasking and organization skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This individual must work well with others and excel in high-volume, fast pace operations with the ability to think quick on their feet. At least three (3) years experience in culinary management with a background in banquets and restaurants is required.
