Senior Service Management Advisor (100% Remote)

This role offers a competitive salary with a maximum for Seniors at $150K plus 10% bonus, and for Mids at $130K with 8% bonus.

Apply industry expertise to deliver strategic Service Management solutions, driving efficiency and risk reduction. Lead consultative engagements, collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to facilitate transformative process, behavior, and technology solutions. Guide clients in adopting multi-year, cultural change and leveraging ServiceNow Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change, process evolution, and digital transformation initiatives, emphasizing people and process over technology.
  • Collaborate as Business Process Consultant in ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Conduct workshops, define business processes, and design optimal solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and present roadmaps for Enterprise Service Management maturity.
  • Mentor team members and contribute thought leadership through blogs and panels.
  • Serve as Executive Sponsor on strategic engagements, influencing client direction and vision.
  • Lead multi-workstream engagements, ensuring cohesive business process design.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement of Delivery and Advisory Services processes.
  • Act as primary contact for Pre-Sales, shaping service engagements.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in service management or related fields (IT, HR, Security Operations).
  • 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow platform, ITILv3 or ITIL4 Certification.
  • Expertise in Enterprise Service Management beyond IT, with experience in business transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year transformations and manage client relationships at executive levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, adept at guiding strategic business discussions.
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes leveraging technology.
  • Experience in organizational change management and consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Preferred:

  • Formal OCM training, ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager Certification.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as IT4IT, DevOps.
