Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Design and Development: Build scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom applications and enhancements.
• Integration Expertise: Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems like Marketo, Cvent, or other business-critical platforms using APIs.
• Custom Solutions: Create advanced workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other customizations.
• System Optimization: Analyze and improve Salesforce system performance, storage usage, and API efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues while ensuring system integrity and data security.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and user guides.

Technical and Personal Skills Required

• Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integration Skills: Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize processes and ensure seamless workflows.
• Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Documentation: Proven ability to create high-quality technical and user documentation.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II are highly valued.
• Experience with Marketo, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Bamboo.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related functionalities is a plus.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of ?33-40 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
