3.???SHINE- Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders- 800-963-5337 (floridashine.org) Shine is a free program to help seniors with questions about Medicare, Medicaid and Health insurance.
4.???Medicare RX Extra Help- 800772-121 (ssa.gov/benefits/medicare/prescriptionhelp)This program assists low income Medicare participants?with monthly premiums, annual deductibles,?on prescription drugs and medical co-pays.
5.???Florian Health Finder- 888-419-3456 (floridahealthfinder.gov) this service compares the cost of various health providers, hospitals, nursing homes, hospitals etc.
6.???Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology (FAAST) (faast.org) 850-487-3278 – Florida residents receive free access to information and a referral services on topics such as disability rights, assistive devices, durable medical equipment etc.
