Senior Project Managers (Contract, Remote, 12 month+, 3 positions)

Our client in Western Canada has 12 month+ contract opportunities for three senior project managers. They are introducing a new professional service that supports workplaces in establishing a culture of wellbeing. Through these services, they intend transform wellness and wellbeing from a stand-alone program to a powerful business imperative that can advance executive priorities and business challenges through a healthy, vibrant, and sustainable workforce.

To support the development of these services, my client is looking for three (3) full-time contract Project Managers to work in partnership with the business clients, technology and reporting teams to lead the implementation of business-focused solutions. The development of services involves the implementation of several offerings to be made available to organizations.

The three PM roles will split their focus in these three areas:

• Leadership & Education Training Services
• Program Delivery
• Configurable Web-Based Data Visualization Tool

The development of these offerings will take a "minimum viable service” approach to develop, launch, assess and make iterative changes based on customer feedback prior to full service launches. A project manager will be assigned to one of the above roles.

Key Skills you must possess:

-10 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle.

-Experience managing the implementation of business applications (both custom and commercial off-the-shelf) from initiation through to solution launch.

-Strong understanding and working knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle.

-Experience managing vendors engaged to provide services in support of corporate projects.

-Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

-Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

-Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Experience providing leadership to teams of business, IT, and vendor resources.

-Demonstrated strength in planning, organizing, and delegating.

-Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong skills in verbal and written communication.

-Experience within the health care or health benefits sector and with related systems is an asset.

-Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.

-Experience specific to each offering
