ISC’s team of SaaS Recruiters has been retained to identify Senior Project Managers for remote work anywhere in the US or Canada.?Our client is a privately held multi-million-dollar global award-winning SAP partner.?

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects, while ensuring company goals are met along with adhering to quality standards.?

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IS, IT, Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors and HCM
• Hands-on experience leading software implementation
• Strong knowledge of Project Management processes and tools
• Expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software
• Analytical and solutions oriented, highly organized, strong presentation and listening skills
• Ability to solve complex problems, inspire and motivate others, work in teams and independently
• Excellent client relationship and leaderships skills
• Bilingual in French preferred; PMP certification preferred

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead larger scale SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Serve as the contact point for projects
• Create and manage budget, schedules, staffing, forecasting, and project plan
• Manage all aspects of the project – monitor and identify any issues early on, mitigate risk for clients, monitor budgets
• Work with the HCM PMO team to create tools in order to support clients, resource with consultants, and ready the client and teams for kickoff
• Track and manage progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines
• Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed and on-time
