Job Description –Project Manager (PM)

Experience : 7-9 years

Designation : Project Manager

Job Location : NL

Business Unit : Infrastructure Service Delivery

Job Summary:

The role will be expected to work in a positive and collaborative fashion with fellow team members, sales, customer service, partners, customers, and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams.

As a PM you will supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and project quality standards so the project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints and not breaching any service level agreement.

Key Responsibility:

To work with external clients/customers to monitors projects from initiation through delivery and ensure technical compatibility for the various projects.

Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.

To validate project’s readiness to move to execution phase.

To conduct project reviews to ensure controls and quality requirements are met.

Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW)

To identify and monitor risk/ issues. Escalate critical issues and potential risks with a detailed impact analysis to the project teams / leadership.

To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

To govern, track & maintain baselined project plans and work closely with regional stakeholders.

Experience

7 - 9 years of proven working experience in Project Audit.

Working knowledge on Agile practices and framework will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships.

IT Infrastructure and Migration Fundamentals

Project Management Certification – Prince2 / Agile/ ITIL / P3O / PMP certified preferable.

Knowledge of Clarity & SharePoint

Experience in managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups with strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Project and Excel
